"I’ve been getting massages from Leigh for about a year now. Leigh takes the time to get to know her clients. I’ve had some last minute appointments and Leigh is great with communication and making things work out. Leigh’s personable personality with her genuine care for her clients is what makes Healthyself Therapeutic Massage different from other massage places I’ve been to in the past." -Liz
"Leigh is a trustworthy, skilled massage therapist. I saw her first after I needed treatment recovering from a car accident. And she went to work right away to help me feel better. Over the past several years, she had been my first choice when I need help with tight and sore muscles. Not only has she been great as a therapist, but she had also become a wonderful friend. I highly recommend Leigh!" -LaNae

"Kraig is hands down the best therapist I've seen (and with a bad lower back and heavy weightlifting, I've seen a lot)! He asks every time what I would like to have him focus on and he listens. He's also so in tune with the muscles and body that he finds spots that I didn't know needed work and he goes after it. He comes up with solutions to help my ailments that are outside of massage and it's so appreciated, like stretching, icing, etc. He knows my lower back is an issue so he now stretches parts of my lower bad that are tight to help relieve the pain. He is polite, kind, caring and very respectful. I'm someone who likes and needs quiet sessions to fully relax and he does just that! I always leave not only feeling physically better, but mentally as well! I would highly recommend Kraig over and over again!" |

"I have had two massages with Brian and have scheduled a third. I get a 60 minute, full body, deep tissue massage. He is very professional and makes sure that I am comfortable. He is very aware of the pressure that I prefer because he always asks at the beginning of the massage. I asked for deep tissue for both appointments. Some areas of my body needed more pressure and some areas needed less pressure, he's very good at gauging which is best. I recommend Brian to anyone looking for a change to your normal routine, have areas of concern, or just need to treat yourself to a massage. " Tiffany- "Brian was very responsive to what I needed during my massage, adjusting pressure for sore muscles and spending more time on my most tense areas. I most appreciated the fact that he finished on the area I needed the most work - leaving me feeling the positive effects as I headed into the rest of my day. " Jeff- "My experience with Brian was very good. My massage was not quite as deep of pressure as Brian was capable of giving me. I had several areas that were quite sore and when he applied deep pressure to these areas it was a bit painful so all I had to do was make a little sound and he would back off. He is capable of much deeper and much more intense pressure than I was able to tolerate on that day. But he was very conscious of not over doing it. Overall my experience was very very good and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I fully intend to repeat the experience throughout the summer. Brian is very knowledgeable of all the different muscle groups and how to address them." |
