All sessions must be booked ahead of time.  Online booking is now available.  However, if you prefer to call or email, we still enjoy helping you find the right time for your massage.  We do our best to accommodate next day and same day appointments but it is not always possible.  A good rule of thumb is to schedule at least one week prior to your desired day and time. Please include your phone # in your email.
